New baby in the family!

On Feb. 1, Amelie Nicole was born. She looks just like her big sister did when she was a newborn.

Josephine and Jun Bernard are very excited about their new sister and are so sweet with her.



The day I flew to Chicago was Super Bowl Sunday (Da Bears) and it was -25 degrrees with the wind chill. Oh yeah, that's one reason I live in California. I knew I would be warming myself up (i.e, gorging myself) on Deep dish sausage pizza so that helped me forget about the cold. Long story short, the bears lost but the week in Chicago was relaxing and it was great being with family. Miss Josephine is a busy little bee with school, ballet, art and gymnastics. It is alot of work just dressing and undressing the kids to go out- fleece, snowpants, jacket, hat, scarf, mittens...
