I got a haircut today. It's the first one in probably a year. Not much shorter but I also got a perm-OK, a body wave. That sounds much better than "perm" I think. Less Shirley Temple. I like it. Very subtle. I went to a place in Venice that was once a canal house-Off the top salon. I think I will go back there.
Tomorrow is girls night out! woop woop. Haven't had one in quite a while either. I am priming myself tonight with one margarita and some wine. Mark is BBQing a steak for me and some chicken breast form him. It will bw my first "organic" steak. Hope it's yummy.
I started getting stuff together for the garage sale. I have been putting stuff aside for years in the event of one and darn-it if we aren't going to have one in August!
J gets her new kidney on Tuesday. I would definitely be there if we weren't flying to Alaska the next day. I know everything is going to be great. I can sense it. She will be ponying up to the bar in no time! Well if only to order a cranberry juice...
